The sales manager appears to have the dealership in control. Everyone there was very courteous to me and my wife even though we were not dealing with then on the sale, The salesman, Joe Dugger, working up our sale was very nice and informative of the vehicle and stayed with us asking us if there was anything else we needed and if we had any questions later, for us to call. No pressure sales and very accommodating. The sales manager, Terry Alexander, appears to be one of the nicest gentleman you would ever want to meet and was a pleasure to do business with. I would definitely follow him for my next purchase where ever he goes. He made our buying experience a good one.
